As a Product Designer on the Monetization Experience team, you’ll work collaboratively and iteratively to turn complex problems into intuitive user experiences. You’ll own projects from conception to launch and measure success through data and user research. You’ll play a key role in roadmapping, feature design, and the quality of our products, and your work will impact both user and business goals.

Drive high-impact research initiatives and design end-to-end studies using methods like interviews, usability testing, and surveys to generate actionable insights. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to inform roadmaps and ensure solutions solve the right problems. Contribute to foundational understanding by developing user personas and journey maps. Support the research practice and champion a user-centered mindset across the organization.

Shape and lead impactful qualitative and quantitative research programs that connect cross-functional & senior stakeholders to key customer challenges. Through understanding Xero’s competitive landscape and weaving together connections across studies and customer journey stages, deliver clear insights and recommendations that inspire change and ensure Xero’s strategies are grounded in a deep understanding of our customers.
